CPR certified, she has 3 years of experience helping clients improve mobility and performance. Mikayla enjoys coaching and playing softball, combining her passion for sports and fitness with client wellness.
Maggie is a Personal Trainer and Stretch & Flexibility Coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach, specializing in functional training, mobility, and sustainable weight loss.
